Minister Gevorg Papoyan participated in the opening ceremony of the “Kapantex” LLC garment factory
On May 2, Minister Gevorg Papoyan participated in the opening ceremony of the “Kapantex” LLC garment factory in the village of Paruyr Sevak, Ararat region. The event was also attended by the Governor of the Ararat region, Sedrak Tevonyan.
As part of the project, the investor made investments equivalent to approximately 700 thousand US dollars. 50 new jobs will be created. It is planned to export finished products primarily.
Currently, two production hangars have already been built, with two more planned to be put into operation. The territory is landscaped, and the necessary infrastructure has been created.
Throughout the visit, Gevorg Papoyan emphasized the importance of developing the textile industry and creating attractive conditions for industry workers.
