Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia Narek Hovakimyan participated in the 6th exhibition of Iran's export opportunities, "Expo 2024," held from April 27 to May 1 at the Tehran International Exhibition Center. He also visited the pavilion of the Chabahar Free Economic Zone, where the executive director presented the region's production and export capabilities and discussed potential cooperation.

Approximately 70 representatives of Armenian companies participated in the Iran EXPO-2024 exhibition.

During the exhibition, Narek Hovakimyan met with Armenian participants. The meeting was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Iran Arsen Avagyan and the trade attaché of the Republic of Armenia to Iran Vardan Kostanyan.

Additionally, B2B meetings were held during the visit to discuss issues related to strengthening Armenian-Iranian business ties, expanding bilateral trade, and establishing logistics routes.
