The meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Fund for Rural Economic Development in Armenia took place
On April 26, 2021, the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Fund for Rural Economic Development in Armenia (FREDA) took place at the RA Ministry of Economy. The meeting was chaired by Vahan Kerobyan, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of FREDA.
The results of activities in 2020 of the Fund for Rural Economic Development in Armenia and its annual work plan were presented to the Board’s attention, the budget performance for 2020 by the Fund for Rural Economic Development in Armenia and the financial report as of December 31, 2019.
The following issues were also discussed: the annual 2021 work plan of the Fund for Rural Economic Development in Armenia for 2021, the draft summary budget of the Fund for Rural Economic Development in Armenia for 2021, and estimation of maintenance costs.
The Board reaffirmed the powers of the members of the Fund’s Investment Committee for one more year, until December 31, 2021.
