On October 16, the joint initiative of the RA Government and the “Renshin,” World Trade Center Yerevan, signed a cooperation agreement with the esteemed Colliers company.
The agreement was signed by Artashes Tonoyan, CEO and Chairman of the Board of the World Trade Center Yerevan, and Sanki Prasad, President and Managing Director of Colliers for the Middle East & India. RA Minister of Economy, Gevorg Papoyan, also attended the ceremony.
This partnership between the World Trade Center Yerevan and Colliers introduces innovative approaches to the development and management of investment and commercial real estate projects in Armenia, promising to drive significant growth in the sector and contribute to economic development.
“We are pleased that this large-scale project in Armenia has garnered interest from a leading global company,” stated RA Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan. “The Armenian government will continue efforts to make our country even more attractive and compelling for investment through the Yerevan World Trade Center project.”
The World Trade Center Yerevan stands as the largest public-private partnership project in Armenia, led by the Government of the Republic of Armenia and Renshin Urban Development and Investment Company. The project will offer a modern, multifunctional real estate complex featuring commercial, office, and hotel spaces, along with shops and exhibition halls.
