On November 14, Yerevan hosted an event dedicated to World Quality Day, which this year was titled “Increasing competitiveness by maintaining quality.”

The purpose of the event was to encourage companies to improve production processes, improve the quality of products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.

During the event, Zhanna Zakaryan, head of the quality infrastructure development department of the Ministry of Economy, presented the latest achievements and promising developments in the industry.

Speeches were also made on the role of metrology and standardization in increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, accreditation of the quality infrastructure system, as well as the role of quality infrastructure in the development of competition.

During the event, a number of manufacturers were awarded diplomas and symbolic gifts for their significant potential in the field of quality assurance and successful achievements in various sectors of the economy.
