Regulation and organization of gambling activities
The Ministry of Economy develops and implements the Government's policy regarding the gambling sector.
In the sphere of regulating gambling activities: developing legal acts pertaining to gambling operations, as well as researching and introducing new tools and technologies in this sector.
In the sphere of organizing gambling activities: licensing entities that conduct activities subject to licensing within the gambling sector, and administering compliance with licensing requirements.
