Deadline for Submission of Bids: July 03, 2026, at 14:00 hours (local time)

1. The Ministry of Economy (MoE) of the Republic of Armenia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Armenia: Climate-Adaptive Food Security Enhancement Project (CAFSEP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

2. The Ministry of Economy (MoE) of Republic of Armenia (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and delivery of processing equipment.

3. Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage, One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

6. An electronic version of the Bidding Documents “OCB/G-02, Supply, delivery, and installation of irrigation systems” in English is available free of charge upon application to the contact person above.

7. Deliver your bid:

• to the address Ministry of Economy (MoE) of the Republic of Armenia (5, Mher Mkrtchyan str., Yerevan, Armenia)
• on or before the deadline: July 03, 2026
• together with a Bid Security/Bid-Securing Declaration as described in the Bidding Document.

Bids will be opened promptly after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
