The 2nd Open Meeting dedicated to the Selection Procedure in order to acquire biometric passport and national ID card issuance services will be held on February 14, 2024.

Response to inquiries regarding qualifications bids in the frame of public – private partnership (PPP) project on issuing Biometric Passports and Identity Cards.

The first Open Meeting dedicated to the Selection Procedure in order to acquire biometric passport and national ID card issuance services was held on January 17, 2024. Submitted participants raised some issues related to preparation and submission of Qualification Bids. The Evaluation Commission shares a consolidated response to questions relating to preparation and submission of Qualification Bids which were discussed and addressed with the meeting participants.
