Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, PR or related field
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on social media
• Experience leading projects and campaigns

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist with strong written and commination skills, who can lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media and influencer strategies for promoting Armenia as a destination, as well as manage owned, earned and paid digital touchpoints that deliver on our objectives. The candidate will also develop content calendars, planning materials and oversee the deployment of digital assets for all Armenia.Travel channels, including paid media campaigns (social, display, and search).

With 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, the successful candidate is a good collaborator and understands emerging trends and behaviors across digital channels, and best digital practices. They are experts in developing effective targeted strategies, KPI metrics and benchmark targets for both organic and paid campaigns. They know how to collect and deliver actionable data and analytics that support decision making and they know how to leverage social monitoring tools for qualitative marketing research and insights.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven ability to develop and execute robust social media campaigns to drive traffic and engage with our audiences
• Experience with integrated marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, social, paid media, experiential, across multiple touch points)
• Understanding of all social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest) Experience building scalable social content, campaigns, and/or channels
• Proven ability to execute paid social campaigns that deliver ROI
• Experience working with influencers and developing influencer marketing strategies
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, pitching new ideas and leading discussions and recommendations with internal stakeholders
• Ideate, plan, schedule and publish the day-to-day posts across all social platforms, owning performance and impact on audience growth
• Passionate about the latest trends and developments in tech, digital and social
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
