2) Reimburse the costs incurred by beneficiaries for establishing gardens excluding the costs for the first year of care.
Option 1: Loan interest rate subsidy
The subsidized loans, according to the RA Government Decree No.175-L of February 11, 2021, will be available to beneficiaries until December 31, 2021, at 0% interest rate, with 8 years of repayment term and 5 years with preferential terms. The maximum loan amount is up to 2.5 billion AMD.
Loans are provided for vineyards, intensive fruit gardens, and berry orchards of the size from 0.5 to 100 hectares.
Option 2: Compensation of costs
The compensation of costs is processed at the following limit by providing all beneficiaries with 50% of the capital costs incurred (excluding the costs for the first year of care).
The compensation is provided for vineyards, intensive fruit gardens and berry orchards of the size from 0.5 to 10 hectares.
Beneficiaries, with the expectation of receiving compensation under this Project component, before establishing their gardens shall apply to the Ministry either electronically or in writing and provide supporting information on the garden’s location, size, and type, as well as relevant calculations of the garden-setting costs.
